World's Easiest Dip

Put a 8 oz block of cream cheese on the plate, top with a bottle of Heinz Chili Sauce, some drained Sweet and Hot Banana Peppers, then some shredded Chedder cheese, then chopped scallions. Serve with Tortilla chips (Scoops). This is my favorite dip to make.
