leftover turkey... post your recipes here!

here is a great way to use some of your leftover turkey. i will be using some to make a cream of turkey barley soup..... it ends up being a huge pot and we eat some and freeze some.

i also like to make these hot brown hotel sandwiches!:

This warm sandwich, created at the Brown Hotel in 1926, is an open-faced wonder of roasted turkey, bacon, and tomatoes on fat toast, drizzled with luscious Mornay sauce.
