Jill Bauer Strawberry Cake

Strawberry cake by Jill Bauer is on page 202 in Best of the Best from QVC cookbook. Glad I could find it for you.
CAKE: 1 box white cake mix
3 tablespoons flour
1 (3 ounce) pkg strawberry gelatin
1/3 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 small pkg frozen strawberries (reserve juice)
Combine cake mix, flour & gelatin. Add oil and beat in the eggs. Combine water & strawberries (reserve 4 tablespoons juice from strawberries for icing). Add the water and strawberry mixture to flour mixture and mix well. Grease & flour 2 (8 inch) round cake pans. Divide batter between the 2 cake pans. Bake according to directions on cake mix box. This can also be made in 9 x 13 inch pan.
ICING:
4 tablespoons reserved strawberry juice
4 tablespsoons butter, melted
2 cups powdered sugar
Combine juice & melted butter. Mix into sugar until it is of spreading consistency. This is more like a glaze when ready.
