i make mine in a crock pot and it turns out delicious!
3-5 lb. pork butt or shoulder
1 large jar duck sauce (usually found on the bottom shelf of the ethnic aisle)
pour 1/4 of the duck sauce into the bottom of crock pot. place the pork butt on top of the sauce and pour the remainder of the sauce all over the pork. cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours. when done, remove pork to a cutting board and shred w/2 large forks. return to crock pot and hot sauce.
serve on soft buns, over rice or noodles or as a side dish.
