Request for snack-y breakfast -style dishes

I am taking breakfast in for a class of about 100 students (they won a "contest" of sorts). It will be served in the classroom, so no ovens will be available. One of the dishes I'll make is the Bisquick, sausage, cheese balls. Any ideas for anything else? TIA!
