Sloppy Joes for one

I was at the local Waffle House yesterday and watched the cook prepare a sloppy joe for someone. She took a hamburger pattie, chopped it up on the grill, added onion, ketchup, and worchestershire sauce. She said that was the way her grandmother made them.
