I mailed a return item on October 9; on October 13 I saw that it had been received, and today (October 17) I received an email from QVC that my item had been received, and the credit issued!! Quite an improvement in their service!!

We can all sign up for email alerts for when a return has been received and processed.

I've had that happen a few times myself, but one of the distribution centers is only 50 miles from my home.
