Your customer service dept. stepped up.....Thank You!!

I had a very quick response to my e-mail regarding the failure of my Fitbit. It was a month past the return date and Raymond in customer service e-mailed me to return it for a full refund. I realize that you didn't have to do this, but I am very grateful for your help.

I'm glad it worked out for you, but if it failed then I think you were deserving of the refund. That's the way it should be.

QVC is very generous with their return policy. I bought a 14k gold aquamarine ring years ago. The stone was one large gem, and it turned cloudy. I had owned it several months, and they let me return it. I will always remember their generous offer. It was above and beyond.

QVC has top notch customer service! I've always been greeted with polite and professional personnel who are concerned and try to provide a solution to my problem. The representatives are well informed when answering questions. They have gone well beyond expectations in solving a problem that I experienced and I was extremely grateful. : ) with two thumbs up!!
