Courtney, I must compliment you on your presentation style and the fact that you have come a long way and you 'HAVE IT'. You're smooth, you can speak fast and yet have us understand everything that you are describing and you can change pace and work through all kinds of surprises that your phone ins or guests may give you. Obviously, you study your merchandise ahead of time and work very hard. And, I'm a retired public speaker/trainer/ and public speaking instructor, so I know all about timing, description, style, etc. Now, don't let this compliment go to your head. LOL. Just keep on keeping on.

Courtney used to be a ""diamond in the rough"" but she has certainly come into her own and just shines ! She is knowledgeable beyond her years and is a most enjoyable host to watch.

I'm of the opposite opinion. I think there has been no improvement at all from Courtney and I change the channel as fast as possible.
