Stellar Customer Service

Just wanted to give kudos to Customer Service. My order of Philosophy body cream arrived today and the jar was broken in several spots with the cream leaking out. I called Customer Service to ask the best way to return it and not be charged for return postage. The rep. told me to dispose of it and she would credit my account. Just checked my account and it's been credited! Wow...that's awesome customer service...thanks QVC!! Reva

Nice. In all my years with QVC, I've always received superb customer service from QVC.
