Refunded

I recently purchased the Shark Sonic Duo Floor Cleaner, (which I have given a good test run and am keeping, btw), today I received an email from QVC that they had lowered the price by $20 and had refunded the money to my card. I appreciate that I did not have to check back on any price decrease and call them to get a refund. They did it and let me know. Great customer service. We slam Q a lot for things that we are unhappy about, I just wanted to say, "Way to go, QVC". Thank you.

That happened to me with ShopHQ and I was delighted. I had purchased a ring as a TTV and about a month later they lowered the price and sent me a refund. I have a Shark Sonic Duo and love it too. I have hard floors and it is so much easier than using a mop
