Customer Service Pleasant Experience

I am having a bit of a problem with a part, but I just got off the phone with your customer service agent who was pleasant kind and very helpful. I think your employees do a wonderful job with people.

I agree, they are very pleasant people. HSN also has a nice customer service group.

Wish Macy's and Bon Ton would employ the same people, they could learn a lot from the Q and HSN.
