black and white cat on short QVC commercial

Does anyone know who the black and white cat on the (I think) Holiday commercial is? They showed him or her a million times yesterday, and I think he or she is so cute! My mother, who watches QVC more than I do, says she thought it was JRT's cat Kiki, but I looked that up and that's definitely not the same cat. So anybody know who the cat is? Thanks.

Pretty sure it isn't anyone's cat. Looks like a young cat...5ish mos old. Most likely an animal model. Yes, they have animal agencies that have all kinds of animals for TV, movies...etc. It is a cute kitten. There is one at our shelter that could be her twin.

Thank you for answering me! Don't know why we thought there was a connection between the cat and someone on the shows. Such a beautiful baby! I hope the one at your shelter gets adopted asap!

I just saw that commercial the other day. That cat is soooo cute. So cute that I told my husband about him/her. I want to get one that looks just like that. I've been checking QVC all the time hoping to see him/her again.

There are no ugly cats. {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

Animals are reliable, many full of love, true in their affections, predictable in their actions, grateful and loyal. Difficult standards for people to live up to.

What an adorable kitty, I just love that mischievous look in his/her eyes. It makes me want another one. Our two kitties are seniors and sleep most of the day.

I was going to start a thread in Pet Lovers about this yesterday! If the kitty had less white on him/her, it would be my Precious! Precious is a tuxedo cat and he has a white mustache. The cat on the commercial acts like him, though! The same mannerisms! Of course, I think it's adorable!

at our shelter they have special deals on black or black and white cats occasionally-- some people won't adopt because of a stupid superstition--

Yes, it is a sad fact that black cats are not adopted, all because of a stupid antiquated notion. If you think about it, even the companies that sell cat products don't use them in their ads. I think it is outstanding that QVC features a black and white cat in their ad. As cinebee said "there are no ugly cats".

Call me crazy, but I sent an email to QVC customer service. Maybe they can tell us inquiring minds {#emotions_dlg.laugh}. I had sent an email regarding another commercial featured maybe 3 years ago(?). There was a song and a line of it went something like " I'll look around and I'll find you". I was handquilting a quilt at the time and my girl pug always sat right next to me, lol. It was just canned commercial music was the answer I got, but I liked that little upbeat song.

I think it is my neighbor's. She is missing a cat just like that.

Carolyn said this morning that everyone thinks this is one of her cats but she doesn't know anything about its origin.

Oops! Did I roll my eyes out loud?
