VIP Easy Pay not working

I had to call CS to use mine and that was last month. You'd think they would have fixed it by now as the CS said that all of them had to be processed manually by them.

Why am I not surprsed...? Another manifestation of this 'iffy' website...

Apparently, I'm not a "VIP" anyway, so I guess CS will be spared at least one call from a 'valued customer'.

Yep, I had the same problem. I figured out what is going on, is that you can apply the promotion but then when you go to check out, the stupid website automatically signs you out, then you have to sign back in again, and you lose the promotion. I refuse to call in orders just because of another QVC screwup that they won't fix, so I'm not using it.

Ugh! So frustrating! Why can't they just fix it so that the site doesn't automatically log you out when you go to checkout! It immediately causes a "new visit" which deactivates the promotion from the "previous visit." If everyone has to call in these orders, for awhile now, why hasn't that thrown up a flag to fix it. I'm sure it wouldn't take long...they've thrown these offers out before! I realize I could call but it's inconvenient with a crazy three year old that yells in the background every time I'm on the phone. Again, frustrating.

I too was having trouble getting on to the VIPEasyPay site. I finally lost my patience and called customer service to place my order. Eileen K
