More evidence to illustrate how QVC's website needs updating. . .

I just posted a review about a bracelet I recently purchased. After submitting the review, I was asked if I could answer 4 questions to help other customers. Here's one of them:

"What bracelet was Patti wearing before? It was bold, gold, and has fringe." (Posted by mutlag from 4 years, 8 months ago)

I notice that some of those questions go back years....you wonder if the person still has the item......I have seen some like you mentioned.....asking what a host was wearing....will the Q be getting more of a certain color....or will they be bringing in more of the product in their size.....good grief...how the heck am I suppose to know....send those questions to c.s...not me and you....
