Any advise on how to package a runner back up for a return? I received two runners, one is fine the other one is filthy, obviously a used return. I have four others and have always been satisfied..this time NOT!!

No idea. Why not call them and ask. After all, they're the ones that sent a used and dirty rug out to a customer. I'm so sorry that happened and I just can't fathom what has happened to this organization that their quality control has become so egregious they would permit it to happen.

I returned one a few yrs ago with no problem at all.I was this time of year (xmas mixing up) and they sent me the wrong color. I just put it back in the bag it came in.Called CS ,they sent out a pick up and it went back. No problem!
