May the QVC Shipping Gods shine down upon me....

And on the order I placed early on November 8...

That has been "in process" for nearly 4 days...

And go ahead and SHIP IT OUT to me...

So that it arrives before I go out of town...

For which I was hoping to have this order.

CAN I GET AN AMEN!

I ordered three sweaters in one order on 11/11 which were supposedly shipped via UPS on 11/18. According to QVC, I was supposed to receive the order on 11/21. UPS has no tracking info and QVC will not do anything to research or replace the order until 12/1. So much for wearing these items on my Thanksgiving trip. What is with waiting 19 days to take action on this? How does QVC expect to keep customers with this kind of service? These items will be promptly returned and I will take my hard earned money elsewhere.
