Ok, I just got an email from QVC telling me they were issuing me a refund of the difference for the price I paid for a previously purchased item and the price it has been reduced to. I looked up the item number and I've never ordered this item.

Same here. I was surprised to get the e-mail since I never ordered that particular item. My ordering is sparse now.

It was sent in error. I called customer service, and they had a recording saying it was sent in error. I also got another email saying it was sent in error.

I got the letter but I did order the item. Was very pleased to get a refund.
