Hello Folks---
I don't know if y'all read the news but it appears that QVC's CEO for the USA, Claire Watts has resigned effective September 5, 2014---So we pause and give a moment of silence for dear ole "moms" (a moment of silence is a fitting tribute since many of us kept the phones silent as we found other things to occupy our time during the lousy weekend lineups under her tenure) we wish her well on her new venture. We can only hope that this change means better QVC Weekend lineups---but the pessimist in me says I doubt it...


Sad to hear about Joan River's passing.....prayers to her family

It it me, or is this weekend worse than usual? SPURT, too funny. I'm actually surprised you haven't been banned...truth is hard to take, and I don't think there is much humor floating among those in charge. Love those kitties!

Hi GrandmaBear.....glad you enjoyed my humor and like the kitties. Actually according to QVC's own definition of the Q DID WHAT topic ----it says it's for "gripes, complaints, whatever at QVC".....and it's within QVC's Standards and Guidelines.....

I'm sorry, but putting Carolyn and Dan on anytime, much less a weekend, is enough to make me UNPLUG my TV so it can't receive it by accident, osmosis, nuclear fallout, or any other reason.

And don't even get me started about Philosophy, and/or computers on the weekend.

QVC has gone insane, totally insane, if they think we look forward to it, want it, expect it, and aren't bored to tears by it.

It's as severe as brainwashing by cults!

There are a plethora of some darn cute kitties this week....you know I love the kitties....

The weekend line-up is another story....nothing cute about it at all...we can only hope the new CEO will bring us change....

Until then....I will make sure my remote is working....there are so many other stations...

At least we can turn the channel. I feel so sorry for the cameramen and women. They HAVE to watch the bowl of suds and "#**#%$~#^�" every weekend as well as during the week !
