Slow order processing

Why does it take so LONG to ship an item? I ordered something on July 5th and it's still showing in Process. I contacted Customer Service who said they would take care of it right away but so far it's still not shipped. This is crazy.

Just imagine how slow it'd be if it was free shipping. I swear, Q ships by pony express unless you pay for faster shipping.
