BACKORDER???? REALLY???

When those newsworthy skirts came on as a OTO...I immediately ordered them online. SOOOO...WHY was MY order put on backorder??? It looks like they fill the PHONE orders FIRST...THEN those of us online. What a bunch of B s ! They always PROMOTE using online, yet we seem to be pushed to the end of the line.

Just another disappointment that is being added to others. What is happening to the customer service that USED to be so great??

I am going to cancel my order and go elsewhere for my summer skirts...
