Q changed my payment method from check to Q card & shipped my order!

I placed an order for the Re-body TSV using "check" as the payment method. Received an email a few hours ago saying that my order shipped. My payment method was changed to "Q card" and not by me! Has this ever happened to anyone else?

"Yikes" is right! I don't have a Q Card myself, but if I did I wouldn't appreciate QVC just taking it upon themselves to put charges on it anymore than I would some online hacking identity thief!!

I don't have a q card, but haven't had a payment method changed. I'd call and ask who it why the change was made.

Hey............Call and talk to them......as this is just not right.........as I had a late/service charge last month........as they forgot to get my bill to me........and they gave me a credit for what had happened........I feel they will work with you, if for nothing else......to keep you a customer..........{#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

Sounds like a mistake, jsb. If you don't want it and when you call CS, be sure they make it right so that your credit rating isn't harmed.
