Can't order TSV on line?

I juat tried to order TSV (Peter Thomas Ross) on line, which I do so I can take advantage of MR. Rebates. I got a message that the TSV cannot be ordered on line, called customer service who verified that you cannot order on line. No reason given as to why? I may skip this TSV because of this. Did anyone else try to order on line with the same outcome?

I've gotten that message before but it always turned out to be a system glitch and when I went back and tried again, the order went through. Who knows though, maybe this time is different, though I'd expect far more on-line posts and complaints about it...

I don't want this TSV, but it just let me add it to my cart and begin the checkout process. I didn't want to go further than I did because, as noted, I don't want the item.
