Question about WHINE new formula

Seems like about a year ago, they started selling WHINE and it had little blue round notation at the top of the label that it was a new formula. When they sold it on QVC, they didn't really say what was new or better (that I remember). Now, I don't see that on the label anymore.

Did the new replace the old, so it's all new? Was there anything different about the new vs. the old? When I buy mine at Ulta, I've never seen the "new" on the label.
