How should I trim my Morkie....seriously!

He is almost one, he is a tangled mess....on his belly only...he was "trimmed" about six months ago...and they sheared him like a sheep. I want him to look as cute as he is! So...how do you get a Morkie trimmed...what should I ask for?

If he's a tangled mess they'll probably have to shave him again this time. They won't be able to comb out the tangles. Then you can have it done regularly, about every six weeks, and ask for a puppy cut.

Once you find a cut you like, try to groom him every six weeks. Those tangles and knots can be painful for a dog.

It sounds like he needs to be brushed more often if he's getting matted. Haircuts are one thing but you need to brush a dog that can matts. From what I've heard, morkies should be brushed twice a day.
