A couple of weeks ago 60 minutes had a piece on Dogs and emotions. It turns out when we look into our Dogs Eyes and they look back at us both the Human Brain and the Dogs Brain secrete the same Love Hormone. So they said when your Dog looks at you he or she is Hugging you with his or her Eyes.i like that because I am in Love with my Dogs and I hope they Love me too. I think they do.
