Funny Dog Story

Yesterday, my dog was outside and a cat was standing in front of our apartment. My dog who does not like cats came up to the cat and started smelling him. Once he realized it was a cat, my dog started to chase him. The cat jumped the fence and ran off. It was so funny watching my dog with the cat. I don't think he realized it was a cat at first. The cat was so gentle with my dog. I wish I had a camera and could have filmed it.

The cat was probably used to dogs. I'm glad your dog had a positive experience with a kitty - maybe this is the start of something!! When our Sheltie is in the yard not only the dog next door comes over to say hello, but his kitty sidekick too!
