Asking for prayers and advice

I have to do something next week that I am afraid to do. Am asking for 1. prayer to be able to get through this. 2. Advice on how to get through this. Thanks!

Draw strength from any sources that are meaningful to you. (Prayer, meditation, deep breathing, talking with trusted friends, whatever gives you peace and power.)

Remember that our perception of an impending event usually is more frightening that the actual event itself.
