If you could take a 4 day vacation getaway with

If it is within your budget, perhaps a nice resort that includes a day spa, some shopping and other fun activities you could enjoy together - and of course nice dining. You wouldn't have to spend your time traveling to multiple destinations or hotels.

I would love to do something like that with my mom! I'd keep a fun, private photo journal to share with only her.

Key West, FL. My fun daughter loves sunshine, people watching, diverse cultures, walking, cycling, mopeds, shopping, music and big crowds. I think she would love celebrating sunset at Mallory Square.

If you can, try a nice resort/area close to home. Saves time and stress flying, renting cars, etc. Lots of folks enjoy a nice area/resort/B&B, etc. within an hour's drive. So relaxing. p.s. I don't know why this print turned to bold. ??

I don't travel often but when I do I go with my adult daughter and we always have so much fun, we both enjoy the same things. My husbands little getaways are usually car shows. Boring. I think it all depends on what time of year you will be going. During the Winter we have gone to Aruba, Florida, and Paradise Island/Nassau. If it's during the Summer, Cape Cod, we can drive there, New Hampshire, and Maine. All within driving distance. We also loved New York City, we took the train. I really don't like flying. Check out some sites on-line. I bet you will have a great time what every you pick.

Las Vegas, Not just for gambling. Visit all the new casino's, drive to Hoover Dam and the grand Canyon. So much to see in Vegas!

OR Jackson Hole, Yellowstone, Teton Village and lots more!

How about you each making a list of 5 places you would like to see or things you would like to do and put them on pieces of paper and put them in a hat & draw one out? That way it would be a surprise to you both.... and you could go and enjoy.

If it were me I would love to go to a bed & breakfast.... find at least one nice restaurant.... do something with my daughter that we both enjoy... and laugh, laugh, laugh.
