If you mean the one with Paul Newman, I saw it. A couple times. I remember it being long, slow in parts and just mediocre. I just saw it for Paul Newman.

I too, keep thinking of the original based on the Leon Uris book from 1960 with Newman and Eva Marie Saint. Beautiful theme song too.

I want to see it too. We saw on t.v. yesterday some background on it being made. Those are fantastic epic movies. A lot of work goes into so much detail, to not see it, I would think you be missing something. Cleopatra with Liz Taylor has been showing on t.v. I don't set through the whole thing, but I enjoy some of those movies. Charleton Heston remains the best as Moses to me. That was a fantastic movie to me.
