Love him, adored his movies. I still find it hard to believe he didn't win for The Verdict as well as The Hustler.

i loved him. he was wonderful i haven't seen every movie, i've seen many. i just saw butch cassidy and the sundance kid, on a movie channel, not long ago. no one like him anymore.

i wonder how joanne woodward is doing? i'm going to google her.

They just aired Harper, what a great cast, and fun movie that was.

One of my favorite performances. But it was a tough category that year.
