I received a very nice letter a few weeks ago from qvc saying that when my subscription to the inside q was finished they would renew it at send it to me for free. Wow I thought how nice.....Tonight I was trying to find the link to the insider and could not find it so I emailed qvc customer service...they sent me a reply saying they are no longer offering the inside q . How silly why would they send a letter saying thanks for being such a loyal customer, we are going to send you our magazine for free from now on and than the following month discontinue the magazine? Have anyone also received this letter?

i received the letter, but technically my subscription expired in april. they never told me to renew and now i cannot even get into the insider. the newest JULY 2013 insider is online, but you have to put INSIDER into the search bar. once that comes up old issues show up, but under archives you have to look for the issue (per another post on these forums).

it is available online only now, i believe.

They caught themselves being generous to their loyal customers. A definite no-no. I do remember hearing that the Insider was being discountinued. They just may not have been sure when it was ending and so didn't want people to try to renew before the final issue.

I am a subscriber and I can still access it. They hide it.Go to current issue and at the upper left is archives. This shows all issues and July is there.

I am confused. Yesterday, when accessing the July issue of the Q, I went to the program guide... all of the dates were off by one day. Then I checked the front cover, with Amy's picture on it, and the date said July 2012! How can this be?

Thanks. I've been trying to view it online and couldn't find it. I just found it. Wow, 6 pages of Christmas in July stuff.

If you put Insider in the Q search box, you can get to it. That's the only way I can find it now. They took the link off the bottom of the page and from My Account.

To get to July, I had to go into June and in the box with the magazine there is a little icon that is for Archive. Click on that to get to July 2013. And make sure it's July 2013 with Isaac on the cover. If you get Amy on the cover that's 2012.

For some weird reason, you can't access the archive from an iPad anymore but you can from a laptop or desktop.

No, my paper copy of the July issue arrived yesterday. I was kind of surprised, because I thought that maybe it was online only, too. OP, did the second letter say that they were "no longer offering Inside Q" or did it say that they were "no longer offering subscriptions to Inside Q"? I received the first letter about it being free once my subscription runs out, and my thought was that once all of the current subscriptions run out, Inside Q will be available to everyone, no subscription needed. If they put that policy in effect now, everyone who paid for a subscription would complain. Once all subscriptions run out there's no problem. We'll see, I guess.

They sure don’t make it easy to find it online. I also received the letter and my understanding was that they would no longer be offering any new subscriptions, but those who already have subscriptions would continue to receive the paper copy and have on line access for free after their subscriptions expired. We’ll see is right.

I haven't received the last two paper issues of the Insider, so I called CS. I was told since I have been an Insider member in the past (paid for a year's subscription each year), I should continue to get the paper issues of the Insider; and they'll make sure I receive the next issue.

I followed your instructions to look for archives, and that's not on my PC. I can only see the June issue of Inside Q on-line. It allows me to "take a peek" at the next issue, but it doesn't bring up the July 2013 issue, and there are no archives. I can only view April, May and June issues.

I told CS I have eye problems, and it's difficult to read the stories on-line, and I want a hard copy of the Inside Q. They're supposed to send it to me again, but we'll see. I have been an Insider member for many years, and always paid for a year's subscription -- I think it was $36 to begin with, then $12. Then my subscription was never renewed. I asked about it, and was told I no longer had to pay for a subscription; but then the hard copies stopped being sent to me (I didn't receive the May or June issues, and not the July issue either).

I just called CS and told them I cannot access Inside Q for July on-line. The lady I spoke with said it will take a few days for me to be able to access Inside Q on-line for July 2013, and they will start sending me the Insider Q hard copy again. They need to "renew" me, whatever that means.

It sounds like they are really creating a huge mess for themselves whatever they are doing with the Insider. It's really ridiculous. Either get rid of it or not!!
