What eyeliner to use for sensitive skin?

My 16 yr old uses a black liquid eyeliner and when it is removed her left eye lid seems puffy. Does this mean she has an allergy to the product? What can she use so she doesn't have a problem? Any suggestions?

Clinique liners are really nice. Is the eyeliner very old, older than six months? It may have become contaminated. She may want to try Cliniques gel liners or cream liners. Hope others can chime in.

Clinique is good and so is Physicians Formula. She could have contaminated it, allergies, anything really. Toss eyeliner and mascara and get new ones.

Yes, throw out what she is using. Avon Glimmersticks eyeliners are very nice, and are often on sale for less than $3.00.
