LG's Shadow Shifter question...

I'm having problems with the Eye Rimz transferring to my upper lid. I was using a sealer product in a small bottle like LG's from Elf and although it worked, it made it harder to dissolve the product with water on subsequent uses. Does Laura's product do the same thing? If it makes the product waterproof on the eye it should also make the part of the Eye Rimz it was used on also harder to dissolve when you go to use it again. Do you find that to be true?

I only use water to apply the Eye Rimz (the ONLY eye liner I will wear). I tried the LG shadow shifter but did not care for it as much as just using water. I have never had a problem with it transferring and I have oily eyelids. I do use an eye primer first, before any eye shadow or eye liner. If you are not already using one perhaps that would help you.
