question on a return please

I have a question. I ordered an 8 piece Rachel Ray rectangular set from "as is", and I received one 2.5 quart round covered baker. I am sending it back tomorrow, but they won't send the correct set without this return? I don't return items usually. Clearly the contents or the piece count is not checked before shipping. The product I received looks nice, but clearly is the wrong product, size, shape and piece count. They did get the "red" correct.

in my experience with Q, I order my replacement and ask for a refund on the return. As two separate transactions.

If it was HSN I would call CS & they would send out the replacement for an exchange while the return was en-route.
