I watched a girl on the Cooking Channel yesterday. She cooked rhubarb and strawberries and some sugar together. Then she put it through a food mill and put the puree in popsicle molds. She let them freeze and sold them for $3.00 apiece on the street. She also made a blueberry, Key Lime Pie Flavor and other flavors.
