The fallfetti pattern does have spice color in it, and it is the same shade as the Old World Spice. Fallfetti also has cranberry, green, brown and yellow.

Some people are confusing the Harvest Old World with the Fallfetti Old World. The Harvest is the one with the acorns and leaves, the Fallfetti is the one that is just like regular Old World, but with the mix of fall colors.

Many people are mixing the Harvest with the Fallfetti on their tables and buffets, but I don't think they coordinate all that well, but it is just a personal preference. To me, a better choice is to mix OW brown or spice, with either one for a less "busy" look.
