DH currently has a long commute to work, so he is just chock full of interesting facts he picks up from the radio. The other day he came up with a dandy, the guy said to grill steaks from the frozen state, they will come out juicier with less shrinkage. He said everyone "in the cooking business" knows about this. Does anyone do this? I watch a lot of Food Network and I've never heard of it. DH said asks that board you are always talking about.

I heard the same thing! I must listen to the same channel as your husband. What I don't know is how the cooking time and temperature change. I'm going to try it out the next time I have a steak.

I have a NuWave oven and twice I've cooked a steak from frozen and it was very juicy and tender.

Good to know. Thank you. I don't think I'll try it since I love to well season & marinate my steaks prior to grilling and/or broil.

Never heard of that, but it's nice to know it is an option on those nights when I really want steak.
