Taco Pie

1 tube crescent rolls

1 package Taco Seasoning

1/2 cup water

1 can refried beans

1 1/2 cups Fritos...crushed

1 cup sour cream

Aggange the crescent rolls in a pie tin. Make sure you have the points in the center. Press edges together to seal. Leave an overhang of dough over the lip of the pan. Brown beef. Add Taco Seasoning, olives and water. Sprinkle a layer of crushed Fritos over the dough. Spread beans, then spread layer of meat. Spread layer of cream cheese. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Top with more crushed Fritos. Pinch the overhang of dough around the top of pie. Bake UNcovered at 350* for 25 - 30 minutes.

I think i would make this without the sour cream then put it on after it comes out of the oven. Love the idea for the crust.
