I just got back from my local CostCo, where I was given a generous sample of a burger made with 50% ground beef and 50% bacon. I know, right? It tasted absolutely wonderful; not greasy at all but with great flavor. Sold in a package of 6, fully cooked to just reheat, for about $14. Could I resist? I could not. I kept two and gave four to my daughter, though.

We're going to Costco tomorrow. If they aren't demoing them, I'll check out the frozen burgers to see if our store has them yet. Nope, I don't need them either, but I'm sure if they're there, I won't be able to resist them either!

Bacon makes everything better. Ok,well maybe everything but my heart, arteries, and waistline..lol. But who eats bacon every day?? The best foods do require some restraint. I just ate two pieces a few minutes ago. It will tide me over for a couple of weeks.

Which gives me an idea. What about adding some Real Bacon Bits (Oscar Meyer) to regular hamburg? Might not be the same but it's worth giving it a try for a different twist on burgers.

Oh man, my son would love these! I'll look for them. Are they in the freezer section, or just refrigerated?
