Asian Style Crock Pot County Ribs

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 Tablespoons catsup

1/4 cup orange marmalade

1 clove garlic...minced

3 - 4 pounds country ribs (you choose beef or pork....I use pork)

Combine soy sauce, marmalade, catsup and garlic. Brush this on both sides of the ribs. Put in crock pot. Pour remaining sauce over all. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
