unstuffed stuffed cabbage rolls lasagna

I use textured vegetable protein in the 'sauce'. You can certainly use ground meat or frozen meatballs. It's basically the no-boil lasagna noodles but layered with chopped cabbage, spinach, mushrooms. I use Greek yogurt instead of Ricotta. Make the sauce with condensed tomato soup, tomato sauce, and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Cover. bake for 40 minutes at 375F, remove cover, bake another 10 minutes.
