Hey! Second batch of wine is GOOD!

Cranberry/Apple - just racked it and tasted it and it's great!!! We were afraid it would be too sweet because of all the sugar it called for, but it doesn't taste too sweet! Yah!!

DH has made wine before. He made some peach & other flavors using frozen concentrate fruit juice. We used the peach a lot when we cooked or smoked pork. He makes more beer. He has several cases. The whole house smells like a brewery when he makes it. He wants to turn our dining room into his brew room. LOL!!! Never going to happen.

Our Son in law got a beer making kit from us for Christmas a couple years ago, and he loves making beer. They both take showers in shower stalls, so the bathtub has the beer stuff in it. Yep!! His beer is really good tasting too.

Last and first batch of wine we made was blueberry/apple. It tasted watered down and we added blueberry juice. This batch doesn't need anything.
