Has anyone had trouble with seal on the cover of the Rangemate. It has a one year warranty but they want prepaid postage both ways

Have you called Customer Service at QVC? You may be able to send it back for a new one, even after the 30 days. I haven't had any trouble with the seal on mine.

Issue with Rangemate solved. Even though the item is almost a year old, a lovely customer service rep at the Q, took my information concern and is issuing me a replacement. That is why I shop the Q. You wouldn't get that satisfaction with the box store.
