can't find the make ahead gravy receipe

I saw a make ahead turkey gravy receipe here a few days ago but now I can't find it. It was made with turkey wings. At this point I can't find either the receipe or the wings at the store. It may be an omen not to try to make a different gravy this year. Would still like the receipe though. Thanks
