That's why I enjoy this board; 100 ways to cook a turkey, 47 ways to make pimiento cheese, even several ways to fix a rutabaga and sugar cookies (way too many to count) and each one the very best one! Live and learn!

I'll tell you one way that doesn't work very well. Once my oven heating element burned out right on Thanksgiving day. I tried to roast the turkey upside down using the broiler element. It failed miserably.
