Sistema users - Which container is best for cooking 2 cups max of rice?

I cook for two of us. It would be so convenient if I could cook this small amount of rice in the microwave without the threat of a boil over.

Would the mugs be good for cooking frozen veggies?

I got this when it was on QVC, and use it for a lot of things. It's a rice cooker, but I prefer to do that stovetop. As presented, it's very versatile.

This company makes a rice ""cooker"". You may or may not be able to cook two cups of rice. I use the cups to warm canned vegetables not frozen. The cooking time is long.
