Ideas for Guiltless Gormet Veggie Burgers

I wonder if anyone has done anything different with their veggie burgers. Looking to do something other that put in on a bun. Any ideas?

I buy veggie burgers don't do much with the "burger" style except try to make different style toppings,and bread choices. Black bean burgers are great.in strips on a southwestern salad.

Serve it with a salad and maybe some rice or something like that.
