How I would LOVE to have breakfast for dinner sometimes. But there's no way DH would touch it! He thinks I'm insane for wanting eggs or pancakes for dinner. But if I could ... I'd have poached eggs on toasted English muffins with Canadian bacon and sliced tomatoes.

Over easy, crisp bacon, french bread, coffee, love it for dinner, not much of a breakfast eater.

We do breakfast for dinner almost once a week. Usually it's homemade waffles and bacon, French toast and sausage, or biscuits and gravy with country ham.

Absolutely! Once a week we have breakfast for dinner--usually eggs Benedict or pancakes or sausage gravy over biscuits. Serve it with bacon or ham or sausage, hash browns (red spuds and sweet spuds and onions), roasted, eggs, fruit and call it one of our favorite meals!!!

My favorite!! I love eggs and toast, or pancakes for dinner though sometime a bowl of cereal and cold almond hits the spot too.

We sure do!! My kids love to have breakfast at night. We will have chocolate chip pancakes, or baked apple pancakes, or a breakfast casserole. Always easy to throw together if we (or "I") don't have a dinner plan.
