Is it okay to pressure cook frozen meats? If so how much longer does it take to cook them?

I cook frozen meat in my electric pressure cooker all the time. Usually it is a beef or pork roast that I intend to do something else with. I usually cook the meat 40 minutes, drop pressure, check the meat, and then go from there. With chicken breasts I check doneness after 20 minutes.
